What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability, experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline growth, Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals (bidding, targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization), Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end, ad copywriting and testing mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), Funnel optimization and advanced audience segmentation experience, Google Ads or Meta certifications, Experience managing multiple accounts or large ad budgets, Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
