What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years building or scaling performance channels, with a dedicated track record specifically in B2B SaaS, Managed sizable budgets independently and know how to scale spend efficiently without dropping performance metrics, Comfortable deploying targeted campaigns across distinct global regions (specifically DACH, UK, and the US), Deep operational knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, Advanced experience navigating GA4 and building actionable reporting structures in Google Data Studio, Excellent, professional-level communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Meta and Reddit are a plus, HubSpot and Metabase knowledge is a plus, German language skills are considered a major benefit

What You'll Do.

Own and optimize a six-digit paid budget

with a primary focus on Google Ads

Continuously optimize campaign efficiency to maximize high-quality B2B leads

Maintain full analytical oversight of budgets

using data to make rapid scaling decisions

and test new growth channels (e.g.

Identify untapped lead sources tailored to reach B2B ICP

Own and evolve SEO and GEO frameworks for high organic visibility

Align search strategies with paid initiatives

and audit tracking infrastructure for data integrity

Map accurate attribution data

and optimize user journeys from ad click to conversion

Uncover landing page friction points and implement A/B testing variations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with internal Content, CRM, and Design teams; Operate within an international environment, switching strategic focus between US, DACH, and UK markets

Communication Scope

Excellent, professional-level communication skills in English; German language skills are considered a major benefit
