5+ years of performance marketing experience, Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise at $100K+/month in spend, Experience with longer sales cycles and delayed conversion attribution, Track record managing multi-market or geo-targeted campaigns, Experience managing and evaluating performance marketing agencies, Analytical skills and comfort building your own reporting

Healthcare or DTC health experience preferred
