Must Have
8+ years in performance marketing or digital advertising, significant B2B enterprise software experience, Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, display/programmatic, and content syndication, Advanced proficiency in campaign analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement, Expert-level skills in major ad platforms, familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems, Experience managing $3M+ annual media budgets with accountability for pipeline outcomes

Build and optimize branded and non-branded keyword strategies
Develop and maintain competitive conquest campaigns
Execute and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn
Build funnel-based retargeting strategies
Implement programmatic buying
Manage third-party lead generation partners and CPL programs
Launch and scale brand awareness campaigns
Evaluate and test podcast sponsorships
Conduct rigorous A and multivariate testing
Optimize budget allocation by channel
Implement and refine bidding strategies
Manage frequency capping and audience exclusions
Manage monthly media spend
Manage agency partners for paid media activation
Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors
Maintain scorecards tracking lead quality and cost efficiency

Coordinate lead flow, budget pacing, and technical tracking with the Marketing Operations team; Coordinate lead handoffs to ensure paid traffic converts through the scoring infrastructure; Partner with Revenue Operations on attribution methodology, performance reporting infrastructure, and funnel analysis
