What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recent, hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, Managed campaigns across more than one performance platform, such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Reddit or Programmatic, Mobile-first acquisition experience, Understand the difference between web and app-based customer journeys, Confident working with data, using tools such as Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, Tableau or similar, Understand mobile attribution and measurement, including platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar, Commercially minded and comfortable optimising towards CAC, LTV and growth targets, Understand how creative performance influences acquisition, Enjoy testing messaging, formats and customer angles, Communicate clearly with stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams, Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, banking, regulated industries or app-first consumer products, Experience scaling subscription-based or mobile-first products, Experience managing agencies or external media partners, Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modelling or App Store Optimisation, Experience with landing page optimisation or experimentation tools, Experience managing influencer performance campaigns across YouTube, TikTok or Meta, Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign workflows

Work closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad creative and messaging
analytics and Current Account stakeholders to make sure performance activity supports wider business goals

making sure activity is clear
well managed and commercially focused
Help build the foundations of a growing Performance Marketing function
