Must Have
Demonstrable performance marketing experience, Proven success managing large budgets across multiple paid media channels with a track record of driving efficient growth, Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc. ) and tools, leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams, Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a test-and-learn mentality

What You'll Do.
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across ATL
and emerging channels
Lead and manage a high-performing team and agency partners
Own customer acquisition targets and optimize LTV to CAC across all paid media efforts
Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making
and iterate on strategies to improve CAC and LTV
Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Omaze ahead of the curve in digital marketing innovation

Working closely with our Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are optimized end-to-end—from first click to conversion.
