Must Have
Knowledge of performance marketing includes conversion, attribution, and online customer acquisition., Experience with analytics tools (e.g, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Stackline, SEMrush, PowerBI), a power-user of excel., Experience with A and multivariate experiments., Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce., Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills., Must be fluent in English and Dutch, Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry

What You'll Do.
supporting across our retail media programs, performance marketing activities, optimising our content for SEO to drive traffic, build brand awareness and increase sales revenue, build, optimise and report on ads campaigns via a range of different retail media platforms (e.g.
Bol.com, Amazon) to meet and exceed sales and marketing objectives, Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research, execute tests, analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns, Evaluate content and identify how to improve titles, descriptions and other on/off page content to increase visibility, Work with content teams to provide search and keyword insights to improve organic SEO, Utilise our stack of advertising tools such as Pacvue for automation, Helium 10 for keyword research, Amazon Advertising / Vendor Central / Bol.
com / Google Analytics for tracking and insights, Provide support, advice and training to partners across the business on digital advertising, PPC strategies, and retail media execution, Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams when planning product and brand campaigns, Report on weekly and monthly KPIs showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to show progress achieved.
