Must Have
1 year relevant experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager, Experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns, written communication skills, A healthy level of scepticism, Organised and unflappable
Nice to Have
Basic Canva or Adobe editing, Exposure to SEO principles or CMS platforms

Monitor campaign performance
Make optimisation adjustments
Maintain campaign trackers
Support landing page testing
Support conversion testing
Coordinate creative assets
Traffic creative assets
Support campaign testing

Team & Collaboration
Working closely with Sydney/Melbourne based Performance Marketing team; Sharing performance insights with UX and Content teams; Sharing results with the team
