What You'll Do.
Responsibility for building holistic end-to-end performance management
Establish control logic for early identification of deviations
Organization and moderation of cross-functional performance reviews
Creation of deviation analyses with improvement suggestions
Active control and execution of the annual target derivation process
Support in further development of a master data strategy
Continuous monitoring of industry trends and competition
