What You'll Do.

Drive process optimization initiatives

Identify process gaps and simplification opportunities to enhance operational performance
Lead regular process review governance sessions with operations teams to ensure adherence to defined processes and policies
Drive contract amendments and ensure effective implementation of all contractual requirements on the ground
Identify and close gaps between contractual obligations and service delivery
Manage contract changes
and related documentation in coordination with internal and client stakeholders
Design and deliver contract management and compliance training for internal teams and vendors
Ensure monthly labor law compliance across all vendors
including documentation and audits
Establish governance mechanisms to track compliance risks and remediation actions
Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and standardization
Act as a strategic advisor to account leadership by providing high-quality analytical insights
Anticipate probable KPI or contractual failures and recommend corrective and preventive action plans
Lead discussions with operations teams on the progress of the annual strategic plan
