Leading a large, diverse and customer-focused team, you’ll drive the delivery of key people initiatives that enable strong engagement, consistent performance, and operational excellence. With a visible, hands-on leadership style, you’ll coach and support frontline leaders, embed a high-performance culture, and ensure people processes are delivered with consistency and impact. Operating within a fast-paced, unionised environment, you’ll balance operational priorities with meaningful people outcomes, helping our teams perform at their best every day.
