What you’ll do The Performance Management team supports the success of our Instant Cash Offer (ICO) program by helping dealer partners onboard, adopt, and maximize the value of the platform. As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance, support operational excellence, and provide data-driven insights that help drive growth and engagement. Onboard new dealer partners to the Instant Cash Offer program, ensuring a smooth and successful launch experience. Monitor and support dealer compliance with program requirements, providing guidance and recommendations as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with a dedicated portfolio of dealer partners Analyze program and dealer performance data, delivering insights that support business decisions and sales team initiatives.
