Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, financial, economics, Two or more years of experience in a similar role, Prior use of systems and tools used to extract and analyze data, Microsoft application skills

Complete technical development of analytical initiatives
Ensure constant communication with stakeholders
Provide benchmarking support
Identify data needs and reporting
Ensure iterative design processes
Provide regular feedback to stakeholders
Translate complex requirements
Analyze work order data

Present findings to stakeholders
Participate in development and distribution of best practices

Team & Collaboration
Partner with account stakeholders; Work as a member of the Performance & Data Analytics team; Ensure constant communication and partnership with stakeholders; Work with clients and teams; Ensure iterative design processes are followed; Providing regular feedback and engagement to stakeholders; Be integrated alongside existing team members; Sharing knowledge with, and learning from, other analysts and subject matter experts
