What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 6 years of experience in related positions in the energy sector, specifically in generation, MBA or Master's Degree in Finance, Degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields, Advanced English (writing – conversation), MS Office Intermediate / advanced, SAP R3 or Hanna, Power BI, Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, and Financial Project Evaluation, Experience in M&A processes, Knowledge of the electricity sector functioning
What You'll Do.
Lead financial planning and continuous improvement
Lead annual budget elaboration and tracking
Develop and update financial manuals
Coordinate training and advice to internal areas
Identify financial planning improvement opportunities
Supervise financial forecast elaboration
Update OPEX and CAPEX dashboards
Provide critical analysis and deviation reports
Lead monthly financial results reporting
Lead company valuation process
Responsible for budget assignment code creation
Propose and implement digitalization tools
Ensure critical risk mitigation actions
Lead corporate projects associated to FP&A
Supervise Business Development expense control
Responsible for OPEX and CAPEX execution
Provide support in Investment/Divestment projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Accompany various management areas in budget execution; Coordinate company valuation with areas and corporate finance; Coordinate with areas and corporate finance team
