You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. _ **So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.** **About the Role** The position is responsible for the success of Rookies Advisors by handholding, managing, and leading certain cohort numbers of the NGE / NGA and ensuring that they successfully graduate from the program. It is also responsible for executing all agency strategies and plan to achieve the setting agency objectives. * Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structure * Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standard * Organize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinar * Regularly schedule and conduct one to one coaching to improve Rookies Advisor performance based on need analysis outcome * Organize intervention training session based on the outcome of need analysis to ensure performance improvement and on track * Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as agency leaders, business development, training, and management, to get support and help Rookies Advisors achieve the objectives * Re
