Our current customer base includes flight simulation, oil and gas exploration, Mechanical Feedback servo valves and electro-mechanical solutions. The position is geared toward Manufacturing Management l career ladder advancement. The role will lead a group of highly skilled A&T technicians and/or machinists with the goal of delivering quality products in timely manner. As an onsite **2nd Shift Performance Leader** in Moog’s Industrial Group, you’ll report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for multiple areas that are in the operations area, such as: Machine Shop and Assembly & Test Departments. This includes identification, implementation and measurement of short-term department objectives which comply with the overall company strategic plan; motivation and leadership of team members and coordination of support groups to accomplish area objectives. The Performance Leader works with Production Manager to identify areas for lean and other improvement activities to achieve high impact results including increased profitability, productivity and capacity, and reduced internal costs, lead times and inventory.
