You'll translate strategic priorities into actionable execution, ensuring that our organizational strategies are tightly aligned with delivery. Using your expertise, you'll establish transparent frameworks and measurement systems to track progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate across crews and stakeholders to optimize performance, support compliance, and ensure that every outcome is positioned for maximum strategic impact. While you won't have formal people leadership responsibilities, you'll influence and orchestrate crew-level planning, performance tracking, and execution guidance to help CIBC achieve its enterprise objectives. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
