What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and processing unstructured data, Proficiency in Python, SQL, data manipulation (pandas, regex), and ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, SSIS or Talend), Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation and automation initiatives, Capability of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, Fluency in English with communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Familiarity with NLP (Elasticsearch), Power BI, process optimization tools (e.g. Power Automate), ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), renewable energy
