You will support the production, collation and dissemination of management system performance data relating to the delivery of FM services to a public sector client working closely with the Business Insight team. Drive performance of supply chain through regular interaction on data performance providing Account Director key insights into supplier barriers to KPI achievement. Main point of contact for performance, training (system related) for GPA wider supply chain during mobilisation of towers. This role is a member of the management team for a prestigious public sector contract. The Performance & Data Lead is responsible for: · Delivering exceptional services to our high-profile client · Manage supply chain partner (service desk) to ensure continual Contract performance · Provide key industry insights to clients on performance matters relating to the supply chain tower performance. · Work closely with the GPA client on improvements and refinement of the Planon System becoming integrated into their decision making and team. · Be the key link between GPA solution team and the wider JLL (BI/Data and JLLT) for innovation and tech investment · Provide and ar
