We’re designing, developing, and growing Incogni – a privacy-tech product that helps people protect their personal data online. With Incogni, anyone can automatically remove their personal information from data brokers and other third-party companies. Join our Experience Design team and help shape the experience for a product that’s making privacy simple for everyone. If you’re a self-driven expert who loves combining creativity with analytics and thrives on turning data into design decisions that move key metrics, keep reading. IF YOU WANT TO: - Own the creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals; - Turn performance data into clear, creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses; - Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, angles, and formats like static, video, UGC, and native-style ads; - Define and prioritize a structured creative testing roadmap across different platforms and funnel stages; - Brief, review, and guide designers, video editors, copywriters, and occasionally freelancers to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output; - Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and calls-to-action; - Continuously iterate on winning creatives to extend their lifecycle and improve efficiency; - Research competitors, market trends, and platform updates to proactively evolve our creative strategy; - Document learnings and build internal creative playbooks and best practices; - Collaborate closely with other teams, contributing to channel strategy and budget efficiency.
