What They're Looking For.
Must Have

Adaptable to player needs and schedule changes with a relentless service minded approach
Communicate daily with dietitians

We’re hiring a Performance Chef to join our culinary team supporting the Toronto Blue Jays in Dunedin, FL. What You’ll Do: This Performance Chef position, in tandem with the Executive Chef and Sr. Sous Chef, will be responsible for managing all culinary aspects of the performance food catering operation for the Toronto Blue Jays in Dunedin, FL. This will include daily kitchen operation management, hands-on supervision of kitchen staff, training and development, and enforcement of standards. The Performance Chef assumes full responsibility for the operation in absence of the Executive Chef. This role must deliver a high standard of service that meets and exceeds the expectations of the Toronto Blue Jays organization.
