What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment performance reporting, business analysis for product development, product management, Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent, skillset with quantitative methods and solutions, technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
Nice to Have
Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent) a plus, Prior Product Management, Change Management, or relevant Consulting experience, Knowledge of Performance Analytics concepts and applications, Software development or technical solution experience, Experience with project management/documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira, SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools

**Performance Analytics Product Development – Assistant Vice President** **Who we are looking for** The Performance Analytics Product Development team is seeking a business analyst / product owner to work with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to design and deliver performance and analytics solutions.
