Must Have
analytical capability with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insight within an operational environment, Experience in operational performance analysis or a similar data-driven role, proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools (e. g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau), Ability to create clear, impactful reporting and communicate insights to a range of stakeholders, problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, Experience working with operational processes and supporting decision-making through data
