What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field, Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management, Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation), Basic to intermediate SQL experience
Nice to Have
Experience in rental car, travel, or service-based industries, Tableau or Google Looker experience is a plus, Foundational knowledge of AI and cloud-based tools

Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
Track performance metrics
Support execution of incentive programs
Leverage AI tools to accelerate data workflows
Contribute to maintaining dashboards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Enhance reporting and calculation tools
Maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments
Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements
