Nice to Have
Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management, ideally within rental car, travel, or service-based industries, Tableau or Google Looker experience is a plus

Calculate and validate incentive payouts
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
Contribute to maintaining dashboards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Enhance reporting and calculation tools
Maintain accurate records of payouts

Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams; Ensure alignment on bonus calculations; Communicate clearly across teams; Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
