What You'll Do.
calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules
prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics and support the execution of incentive programs
and validate data using Excel and SQL
leverage AI tools such as Claude
or Codex to accelerate data workflows
contribute to maintaining dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Google Looker
identify opportunities to improve efficiency
and enhance existing reporting and calculation tools
maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on bonus calculations and program outcomes; communicate clearly across teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels
