What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of hands-on experience in image processing, computer vision, or related engineering fields, programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or similar, hands-on experience processing video and image data, Background in privacy-preserving image processing, Proven ability to optimize processing performance for latency-sensitive systems, Experience applying ML frameworks to build and deploy image processing or detection systems, Experience integrating with backend systems, Business Level Japanese, conversational English
Nice to Have
Experience taking a product from zero to launch in a startup or small founding team, Background in domains such as surveillance systems, IoT, smart mobility, automotive technologies, edge computing, or similar, Experience with real time inference systems, model optimization, GPU utilization, edge deployment, Experience working with time-series and geospatial data at scale, Experience deploying perception or ML workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Familiarity with containerisation and CI/CD practices for deploying and operating ML or image processing pipelines
