## Description SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking Per-Diem Physical Therapists and PTAs to handle coverage at multiple SportsMed locations in Connecticut.   SportsMed Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast. We are a multidisciplinary practice, which allows us to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients that we treat. Computer Literacy Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills ## Physical Therapist Responsibilities Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access. Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals. Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care. Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists. Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs. Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
