We’re looking for a Relief / Per Diem Pharmacist who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to patient care and pharmacy operations. Why This Role Matters The Relief Pharmacist plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, safety, and effectiveness of pharmacy operations in the Pharmacist-in-Charge's absence. This role ensures patients receive appropriate, evidence‑based medication therapy while supporting technicians and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards. In this role, you’ll contribute to work that: Keeps patients safe through accurate medication review, verification, and education Supports pharmacy operations through steady leadership and sound clinical judgment Enables uninterrupted care in a clinician‑led organization focused on long‑term outcomes Upholds
