8–10+ years in PeopleSoft HCM, experience in PeopleTools, Proficiency in PeopleCode, Proficiency in Application Engine, Proficiency in SQR, Proficiency in BI Publisher, Proficiency in Component Interface, Proficiency in Integration Broker, Experience with SQL, Experience with Oracle DB, understanding of Core HR, understanding of Workforce Administration, understanding of Payroll, understanding of Time & Labor, understanding of Absence Management, Experience with Fluid UI, Experience with PeopleSoft 9. 2, Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, Experience in multiple support projects, Exposure to development activities, Exposure to functional support activities
