Evaluate trends in People tech, analytics, automation and AI, piloting and implementing solutions that strengthen architecture and deliver measurable outcomes. Act as the strategic partner to People functional leaders, identifying and framing business problems, shaping them into outcome-driven product priorities and managing trade-offs across competing needs. Lead the team in stakeholder engagements within HR, IT, Finance and external vendors, ensuring effective communication, ownership of deliverables and successful cross-functional project execution. Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for HR technology systems and solutions. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of business / data analysts and developers, setting clear priorities, allocating resources and driving accountability for results. Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, review work and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture. Balance managerial responsibilities with hands-on contribution, modeling technical excellence in analytics, automation and HR systems support. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business/Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
