This role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in our San Francisco office. About the Role We are seeking a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to serve as the architect and engine behind our data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will own the evolution of our HR tech stack, moving us from manual processes to sophisticated, AI-driven automation that unlocks capacity across the entire People team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role (P3) designed for a systems-thinker who wants to enable a modern, scalable and efficient People technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a deep curiosity for HR technology and at least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics. You should be someone who isn’t just comfortable with data, but someone who finds joy in "breaking" a workflow to build a better, more automated version of it. You
