Partners with various levels of People Technology and Operation team members and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on HR business processes, system functionality, and operational improvements within SAP SuccessFactors. Works closely with peers and business partners to support projects, system enhancements, testing activities, troubleshooting, and configuration updates related to SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management, workflows, notifications, and business rules. Serves as a second-level escalation point for the People Support Team for SF Platform, EC, and Core HR related issues. Assists with maintaining system integrity, security, data quality, and process efficiency while supporting ongoing system upgrades, releases, patches, and operational initiatives. Supports innovation efforts related to Agentic AI, SAP SuccessFactors Joule, and intelligent employee experiences. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills while maintaining confidentiality and supporting operational excellence across People Techn
