Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields, Interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations or has HRIS experience, Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes, Attention to detail and willingness to learn, Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others, Good English communication skills (verbal and written), Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment, A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work, Creative, always looking for new ways to improve, and not afraid to think outside the box
Nice to Have
Experience working with HRIS platforms or understanding of HR systems or HR processes (e. g. , Workday, SAP, Oracle), Interest in data analysis, automation, reporting, or process improvement, Experience working in people product management, people technologies, Experience working in a diverse international company
