What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience, 2+ years of HR Tech experience, hands-on Workday configuration, Experience delivering small to medium projects HRIS, background in report writing, security, issue resolution, system management, Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems, understanding of the relationship between processes, operations, systems and solutions, A superb communicator, who can translate business needs into technical and process solutions

Nice to Have

5+ years of people operations experience as Workday end-user, People who are passionate about scaling operations, processes and tools in a rapidly changing environment

Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and technology gaps

Design and configure solutions

Implement Workday and other HRIS technologies

and deliver value from technology platforms

Ensure seamless system adoption

Create working relationships with business stakeholders

Evaluate existing technology and new requests

Manage implementation tasks

Drive requirement definition

Use AI tools to streamline daily support tasks

Apply AI to reporting

and workflow optimizations

Keep good project hygiene practices

Support annual processes

Implement new technology

Provide direction to supporting analysts

Lead through project delivery

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across the organization; Create close working relationships with business stakeholders; Work with other internal stakeholders and IT teams; Partner closely with supporting analysts

Communication Scope

Superb communicator; Translate business needs into technical and process solutions

Process & Methodology

Manage all the practical implementation tasks, Driving requirement definition, Solution design, Config, Testing, Implementation with project timelines, Keep good project hygiene practices, Project plans, Solution design, Requirements, Comms and artifacts should be accurate and organized, Lead through project delivery
