What You'll Do.
Provide guidance on HR policies
Escalate issues confidentially
Conduct new hire orientation
Train US new hires on Workday
Update employee records in Workday
Maintain employee records in Workday
Generate reports on global headcount
Generate reports on open positions
Generate reports on HR metrics
Support performance planning
Manage visa processes
Coordinate leave of absence documentation
Assist with employee relations matters
Connect with employees
