Must Have

5+ years HR Generalist or HRBP, Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS, Early or solo HR hire experience, Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance across multiple states, NY employment law, Build HR programs and policies from scratch, Excellent judgment in sensitive employee relations, Trusted, discreet, and consistent, Data-fluent people metrics tracking, Presenting insights clearly to leadership, Exceptional communicator, Write clear policy, Facilitate hard conversations, Influence at C-suite level, High-ownership mindset, Do what needs doing

Nice to Have

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR a plus

Design and run development programs

Maintain legally compliant policies
