What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in Human Resources Management, Proven experience in talent acquisitions and recruitment, sourcing and interviewing skills, understanding of employment law, government compliance regulations, and best practices in HR/People operations, In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

Nice to Have

HRM certification preferred, Experience in architecture, engineering, or related fields would be highly beneficial, Hands-on with HRIS systems is an advantage, especially Oracle, Familiarity with architectural roles, portfolios, and industry-specific skills is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Serve as partner and advisor to management

Shape and build people

Ensure day-to-day people operations

Manage employee lifecycle

Work with HR Shared Service on compensation

Oversee Performance Management system

and inclusion initiatives

Ensure employment policies are updated

Serve as escalation point for employee relations issues

Prepare HR reports and presentations

Manage recruitment and talent acquisition process

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager

Collaborate with hiring managers

Develop and implement sourcing strategies

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Conduct initial candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews with hiring teams

Provide positive candidate experience

Build and maintain talent pipeline

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Close coordination with Regional Talent Acquisition team; Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders; Collaborative team-building skills; Engage and influence stakeholders, groups, and individuals; Establish trusted and positive relationships with senior leadership and managers

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Excellent written and oral presentation skills; Excellent communications skills; Ability to listen to the needs of others
