What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Platform Specialist, or Advanced Administrator, Deep knowledge of HR Service, Service Cloud (Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel) and Experience Cloud (Employee Portals), Proven ability to design and deliver solutions end-to-end, Proficient with Salesforce Flow, Proficient with data migration tools (Data Loader), Solid understanding of relational databases, Proven experience handling highly confidential data with strict governance and security controls, interpersonal skills with the ability to set clear expectations with senior stakeholders, confidence to escalate issues when necessary, Ability to lead cross-functional projects, navigating ambiguity and high-pressure timelines with a sense of urgency
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Experience with Salesforce Apex, Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, ADP), Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier), Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira, Familiarity with HR service delivery models, Familiarity with case management workflows, Familiarity with the broader People/HR technology landscape, low-ego, high-talent individual, adding organization to chaos, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, building durable solutions that scale
