THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on People Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the evolution of our technology at Abby Care. This is a full-time hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. At Abby Care, our mission is built on people, and it’s powered by systems. As we scale nationwide, we need our technology to work as hard as our caregivers do. We are rapidly moving out of our early-stage workflows and preparing for the complexity of an enterprise-level workforce. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will be the internal product owner for our entire People tech stack and the architect of our people data strategy. You aren't just a "system admin" or a "report builder"; you are the person who understands the interdependencies of our data. We need a strategic builder who can manage what’s here now while preparing us for what’s coming next. You will ensure our current tools run flawlessly while leading the evaluation and potential implementation of enterprise-grade systems.
