What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, or data/reporting support, Experience working with ADP required, Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data handling and reporting, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot system issues, communication skills with a customer-service orientation, Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have
Exposure to tools such as 15Five, Lever, ADP, Mercer/Comptryx, or similar platforms is preferred

The People Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the HR technology stack. This role ensures systems are functioning effectively, data is accurate, and employees and stakeholders receive timely support. The Analyst serves as the first point of contact for HR systems questions, manages routine system updates, and delivers standard reports and data exports to support People Operations.
