Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Utilise knowledge of payroll systems
Manage changes to benefits and pay reviews
Identify and resolve integration issues
Oversee quarterly updates for ATS and Oracle HCM
Implement necessary updates to payroll system
and document HR system requirements
Translate requirements into ATS and Oracle systems
Develop and maintain detailed documentation
