In this role, you will lead a team of HR generalists providing first-line support to our German-based employees, managing a diverse and high-impact portfolio. ### **The Opportunity** * **Lead and inspire** a team of HR specialists providing first-line support across the entire German network. * **Manage a diverse portfolio** encompassing Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Benefits, and Compliance. * **Navigate an extensive stakeholder network** , partnering closely with Business & Talent Acquisition Partners and various Project Teams. * **Drive operational excellence** by supporting your team in solving complex cases and engaging in demanding professional conversations. * **Benefit from a broad professional scope** , moving beyond a single vertical to master a diversified P&C service landscape. * **Empower your team** to take E2E accountability, fostering an environment where self-management and initiative are the norms. * **Act as a catalyst for growth** , helping team members navigate transformations and reorganizations with confidence. ### **Who You Are** * **A seasoned People Leader** with at least 1 year of direct Line Management experience and a passion for developing others. * **Fluent in German (near-native/C1-C2)** with the ability to communicate with sophistication and nuance in a regulated bus
