Your Role: The People Technology Analyst for Reporting and Data Management is the main point of contact in delivering reporting support to key stakeholders of People Services. This role is responsible in providing comprehensive reporting solutions and provides data analytics highlighting key information to help the decision-making process. The role will also assist with several key strategic projects, internal and external audit requirements, the daily system management and requires a performance driven and capable individual to deliver effective and efficient support. This role is a subject matter expert and will manage requests mainly through the HR Service Desk platform. Your Impact: Supports the execution of projects in People Team such as employee self-service applications and platforms, system reports migration to stories, testing and others which will help improve employee or user experience.
