What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, People Operations, Talent Experience, HRBP or roles similar, Experience giving follow-up to clients and/or talent in dynamic environments, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, High organization and follow-up capacity, Proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving oriented profile, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, Ability to detect risks and communicate in a timely manner, Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, Advanced English

Nice to Have

Experience in technology companies, staffing, nearshore, or IT services, Ability to present information, metrics, and results clearly to leaders and managers, Experience working with distributed teams in LATAM
