Industry & Context.
Travel: Up to 30%, domestic and international (as applicable)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in People partnership, HR leadership, or organizational development, Demonstrated experience in employee relations, organizational design, and leadership coaching, understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and performance processes, business acumen, Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments and support organizational change, Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in response to business needs and strategic priorities
Nice to Have
Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, or multi-site environments, Experience working across multiple teams, functions, or geographies
What You'll Do.
Coach and advise leaders on organizational health
Partner on organizational design
Support talent planning
Guide leaders through Elevate performance cycles
Support change leadership and communication
Serve as escalation point for team member relations
Partner on requisition approvals
Leverage People metrics and insights
Partner with other People Business Partners
Guide leaders in balancing care for people
Partner with People Operations
Provide guidance on onboarding
Support escalation and resolution of team member relations
Ensure processes are applied consistently
Identify gaps in execution
Support consistent adoption of People Capabilities
Implement performance management processes
Apply compensation and incentive governance
Support rollout of job architecture
Ensure adoption of policies
Facilitate engagement and culture initiatives
Coordinate training efforts
Reinforce consistent use of People tools
Contribute to development of initiatives

Partner with functional leaders to align People priorities; Partner with other People Business Partners across functions, teams, and sites; Partner with People Operations to support consistent execution; Partner with leadership and People teams; Partner with Learning & Development; Partner with People Capabilities & Enablement
