What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), understanding of HR processes and service delivery
Nice to Have
preferably within a shared services environment (HR operations, payroll or employee lifecycle management)
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries
and empathetic support across multiple channels
Manage and resolve HR cases end-to-end
execution of transactions
and escalation where required
Execute HR transactions through HR systems (e.g.
ServiceNow) ensuring accuracy
and timely completion
Ensure compliance with internal policies
and company standards across all HR processes
Maintain and govern HR knowledge content
ensuring it is accurate
and accessible for employees and digital tools
Maintain accurate documentation
and employee data within HR systems
Support global HR operations
including working across multiple time zones as require
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, Business, and cross-functional teams to support HR processes, projects, and service delivery; Provide guidance and support to junior team members as a process and systems expert
