What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), understanding of HR processes and service delivery
Nice to Have
HR shared services environment experience, HRIS/HCM experience, ServiceNow experience, HR technologies and automation solutions familiarity
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries
Manage and resolve HR cases end-to-end
Execute HR transactions through HR systems
Ensure compliance with internal policies
and company standards
Maintain and govern HR knowledge content
Maintain accurate documentation
and employee data within HR systems

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, Business, and cross-functional teams to support HR processes, projects, and service delivery; Provide guidance and support to junior team members as a process and systems expert; Support global HR operations, including working across multiple time zones as require
