I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge. ## **Job Description** ## The People Solutions Specialist plays a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience by acting as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries and transactions. ## ## This role supports employees, managers, and the HR community across a broad range of HR processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and empathetic resolution of all requests. As part of the global HR Operating Model, the People Solutions Specialist combines strong process knowledge with a human-centric approach to provide seamless support across the employee lifecycle. The role serves as a subject matter expert in HR processes, systems, and knowledge resources, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. ## **ACCOUNTABILITIES:** * Supporting the second shift - Working hours 15:15-23:15 * Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, development, and offboarding * Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic support across multiple channels * Manage and resolve HR cases end-to-end, including assessment, execution of transactions, and escalation where required * Execute HR transactions through HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely completion * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and company standards across all HR processes * Maintain and govern HR knowledge content, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, and accessible for emp
