What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, Proven track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic HR services, working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, experience with data analysis and reporting tools, Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform in a dynamic environment, Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability, Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on HR trends, Ability to constructively question the status quo and propose constructive and creative ideas to address observed gaps, Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence

providing insights and guidance on complex HR matters and supporting the development of junior team members

delegating tasks to team members
ensuring clear ownership
and timely execution across the team
collaborating with stakeholders/Centres of Excellence to deliver an excellent service delivery to them
